Welcome to our Clearance Center!  This area will list and catalog all closeout items and floor samples we have in both shops, including mattresses, bedroom furniture, upholstery items, and accessories.  These items will be graded from Poor to Excellent, with the descriptions of each rating below.  Although we will be changing items regularly and maintaining this section, please call to confirm availability, as product changes can occur
quickly.  

The products within this section include floor models, products that have been opened out of the bag but un-used, order mistakes, or cancellations.  No products listed in the Clearance Center have been used, or in a customer's home!  The products are sold 'as-is'.  Check with the store for warranty availability.   

All products can be delivered to Los Angeles County and outlying areas.  For any other deliveries, please contact the store.

Ratings:

Excellent:  Perfect or near perfect condition
Great:  Looks like new, but can contain minor blemishes
Good:  Looks mediocre, with more noticeable blemishes
Poor:  This product has seen better days
